Well - it’s been a few months!
With this episode we continue to explore the Myria myth, focusing on the Red God, also known as the Horned One. The Red God helps us grapple with human adversity and embodiment. I get into the history of cave paintings, the perception of adversity in various cultures, and the importance of rites of passage. The Red God, symbolized by The Stag , represents the intense experiences of birth, life, sex, and death. He urges us to face challenges head-on. He embodies the integration and honoring of different aspects of gender and individuality and their sacred nature. The Red God calls for us to accept life's adversities and learn to find peace and growth through them.
